Equal Education Partners is seeking a passionate and dedicated English-speaking ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.
This supply role will involve working across a range of our respected partner schools in the Carmarthenshire, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot area. We work closely with schools throughout the region to deliver high-quality support and can offer both short-term and long-term placements to suit your availability and preferences.
What Weβre Looking For
- Experience working with children with additional learning needs (ALN).
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to process a new one.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of children.
