We are inviting exceptional academics and educators to join our curated Tutor Talent Pool for a highly selective online research mentorship programme, supporting intellectually ambitious students aged 13–18 from around the world. This is not an offer of immediate work, but an opportunity to join our network of distinguished tutors. About the Programme:
- This intensive, two-week online mentorship introduces gifted secondary students to the rigour of academic research, critical thinking, and scholarly writing.
- Across 10 one-to-one tutorials, students collaborate closely with their tutor to develop a short academic research paper in a subject of their choice.
Tutorial Format:
- 10 x 1-hour tutorials, delivered over 2 consecutive weeks
- Fully remote, personalised academic engagement
- Students produce a 1,500–2,000-word research paper by the end of the programme

We welcome applications from scholars in a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to:

Ideal Tutor Profile:
