If so, then this is your perfect opportunity to 'test the waters' in the teaching arena. We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a partner school in Ceredigion that we’re working closely with. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll manage classrooms and support students without the burden of lesson planning or grading. This role provides excellent paid experience for aspiring PGCE students or anyone looking for a rewarding career change.

Responsibilities:

  • Step up with enthusiasm to deliver lively and engaging lesson plans when the primary teacher is away.
  • Foster a supportive and uplifting learning environment through outstanding classroom management skills.
  • Inspire and motivate students on their educational path, encouraging active participation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in working with children or young people in environments like education, coaching, or mentoring.

  • Enhanced DBS registration on the Update Service (or a desire to obtain one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Registration with the EWC (or a willingness to complete the registration process).
