Working closely with FM teams, contractors, and stakeholders, youll help shape a proactive, well-governed approach to statutory maintenance and risk management, ensuring every site operates with confidence, integrity, and resilience.
Responsibilities
- Build collaborative partnerships with FM teams and contractors to nurture a culture of safety, compliance, and shared accountability
- Plan, deliver, and monitor statutory maintenance activities, ensuring all sites meet regulatory and organisational standards
- Provide clear, insightful reporting and analysis to highlight performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead and support audits, maintaining accurate compliance records and ensuring readiness across all sites
- Guide contractor performance with a focus on quality, value, and alignment to service standards and expectations
Qualifications
- Experience in electrical compliance, engineering, or technical assurance role within an FM or estates environment
- A strong understanding of statutory compliance across other building services, including mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, and asbestos
- The ability to build trusting relationships and communicate technical information with clarity and confidence
- A thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to analysing data, managing risk, and improving processes
- Relevant technical qualifications and a genuine commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
