The John of Gaunt School is seeking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Data Administrator to join their team. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.
In this role, you will support the effective running of the school by ensuring student data is accurately recorded, maintained, and reported across a range of systems. Responsibilities include:
- Managing assessment information for students in Years 7-13.
- Producing clear, timely tracking reports to support informed decision-making.
- Maintaining up-to-date student records, including admissions, leavers, and contact details.
- Generating accurate reports using systems such as Arbor.
- Supporting the setup and maintenance of key data platforms used across the school.
- Assisting with parents’ evenings, timetable updates, and ensuring key systems run smoothly for staff and students.
- Providing support for data protection processes, contributing to GDPR-related tasks such as subject access requests and maintaining compliance records.
