About The Role
The EQT Real Estate Summer Internship Programme offers a comprehensive introduction to the real estate industry through real‑life exposure to investments and asset management. You’ll be involved in the full investment lifecycle – from acquisition and underwriting to leasing and reporting.
The internship runs for 10 weeks, from mid‑June to August 2026, and is based in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis to support acquisitions, leasing, financing, and dispositions
- Assist in preparing Investment Committee materials in collaboration with the legal and diligence teams
- Contribute to leasing and pipeline updates, as well as quarterly performance reports
- Support the preparation of marketing materials such as tour cards, pitch decks, and social media content
- Undertake market research and update templates, trackers, and internal tools
- Participate in site visits and client meetings
About You
We are looking for passionate, curious individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. You should be detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
