You’ll join EQT’s Reward team – the engine behind our people strategy globally. About the Role

As a Reward Vice President, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and evolving EQT’s global compensation programs. You’ll partner closely with our Head of Reward and collaborate with the Reward team and colleagues across HR to support critical processes such as annual compensation cycles, performance awards, and employee co-investment schemes. If you enjoy combining analysis with impact – this role offers both.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the annual compensation cycle
  • Manage the annual equity grant process and support design and implementation of new programs
  • Manage the coinvestment allocation process and support on carried interest allocation process
  • Lead benchmarking processes, including annual review and targeted benchmarking projects
  • Manage ad hoc benchmarking requests for new hires and internal role evaluations.
  • Review and create dashboards and analysis in excel and power bi to inform decision making
  • Responsible for overall management of HRIS system (Workday)
  • Lead global compensation projects beyond the annual cycles – e.g. pay integration and compensation comparisons following acquisitions
  • Lead the review, development and streamlining of reward processes
  • Support the continued review and development of compensation philosophy to meet the changing requirements of the business
  • Manage regulatory responsibilities incl. MRTs, Gender Pay and EU Pay Transparency
  • Stay up to date with market and regulatory shifts, translating insights into actionable impacts for the team
  • Develop and present high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
  • Draft Compensation Committee and Remuneration Committee papers, under guidance from Head of Reward
  • Support the development of communication materials, training and information for business stakeholders
  • Be a go-to expert on compensation-related queries, supporting HR and other teams with timely insights. Develop concrete relationships with key HR stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage and develop Reward Associate resource

About You

You’re someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and loves to solve complex challenges with data. Desired Skills & Experience

  • 6–10years’ reward experience (in‑house or consulting); prior exposure to private‑equity or asset management environments is a strong plus
  • Strong technical understanding of compensation structures and principles
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on data integrity and quality
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys diving into data and translating findings into action
  • Advanced Excel skills, confident managing, analysing and visualising data
  • Comfortable working with Workday system and/or familiarity with McLagan’s compensation survey tools
  • Experience in compensation analysis and market benchmarking using external survey data
  • Clear track record of managing change and transformation in reward
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate data-driven insights effectively through PowerPoint and other presentation formats
  • Excellent communicator who can present complex information in a clear and engaging way
  • Collaborative team‑player who partners seamlessly across HR, finance and business functions
  • Delegation and coaching skill to develop junior talent, creating a supportive and high‑performing team culture
