This role is fully office based in Braunston (NN11 7JG), Monday to Friday, 8:30–4:30, so you’ll need to be able to commute reliably each day.

The Role

As an SDR at EQL, you’ll be at the heart of generating new business opportunities for major global brands. Your focus will be building rapport, having intelligent conversations, and qualifying high quality leads.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls and introduce prospects to our clients’ solutions professionally and confidently
  • Build rapport quickly with a friendly, natural telephone manner
  • Communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively
  • Identify customer challenges and position relevant solutions
  • Answer initial questions and handle early objections
  • Book high-quality appointments for our clients’ sales teams
  • Keep accurate notes and records in the CRM
  • Stay aware of trends within client industries
  • Meet, and aim to exceed, monthly and quarterly targets
