The role:
- Our client is a Manchester-based education recruitment business building their schools temp desk.
- They are looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of schools across the Manchester region, placing supply teachers, cover supervisors, and teaching assistants on a daily and short-term supply basis.
- You will manage and grow school client relationships at headteacher and school business manager level, develop new school business across Manchester, and work closely with a candidate resourcing function to maintain strong talent pipelines for your schools.
Hours: 7am–5pm during term time, shorter hours during school holidays. Hybrid-working. Office-based in Central Manchester.
Requirements:
- Proven experience on a temporary education recruitment desk placing supply teachers, TAs, or cover supervisors into schools.
- A track record of managing school client relationships at leadership level and developing new school business — not purely candidate resourcing.
- Genuine ATS/CRM fluency in your daily workflow.
- 7am desk discipline during term time.
