Eql Tech in London is seeking a Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to own a portfolio of London secondary schools.
You will place supply teachers, cover supervisors and teaching assistants across London on daily and short‑term assignments, and nurture relationships with headteachers and senior leaders.
This is a 4/1 hybrid role with 7am–5pm hours during term time. Base salary £45,000–£55,000 with commission and generous OTE based on performance.
