The role involves bringing AI-powered tutoring into schools that have never had access to it. This is a new-business sales role where the product genuinely changes outcomes for kids, requiring the ability to build trust with headteachers. You will run full sales cycles from initial conversations to signed multi-academy trusts, with a focus on in-person meetings rather than remote calls.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading conversations with real knowledge of how AI improves student outcomes.
  • Running 3-5 well-qualified new-business meetings daily with Heads of Department and senior leadership teams.
  • Managing fast, full-cycle deals from discovery call to close.
  • Growing single school relationships into Multi-Academy Trusts or local-authority deals.
  • Handling inbound leads while developing outbound strategies.
  • Assisting in building automated GTM machinery for standardised follow-ups and materials.
  • Transitioning schools to Account Managers post-signature for smooth onboarding.
  • Providing structured feedback from teachers and school leaders to enhance product and marketing.

Location: Central London, with 3 days/week in the office and regular school visits.

Requirements:

  • Genuine belief in the mission of closing the gap between talent and opportunity for young people.
  • UK-based with the right to work without sponsorship.
  • A track record of hitting new-business targets in EdTech or relationship-led sales.
  • Fluency in how schools operate, with a teaching background as a strong plus.
