Account Executive | Ed Tech Saa S | London | £45–55k base + uncapped commission

Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed Ed Tech company scaling their UK sales team.

We're hiring two Account Executives to own new-business sales into UK schools and multi-academy trusts, from first contact to close.

This is a full-cycle, entrepreneurial role - no rigid playbook, real autonomy, and genuine upside if you can hit the number.

What you'll be doing

Building and owning your own pipeline.

Attending trade shows and events across the UK.

Working deals that range from quick wins to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.

Negotiating commercial terms directly with senior decision-makers, from teachers to C-suite.

On experience - this is genuinely open. 2+ years of tech/Saa S closing experience is a plus, but our client has hired brilliant AEs straight out of SDR roles too.
