EQL Global AB is building next-generation financial research platforms, leveraging AI and automation to transform the way financial professionals work. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with a strong academic background in finance, economics, or data-driven disciplines to join our team as Equity Research Analyst Interns.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to equity research processes, financial modeling, sector analysis, and report writing using most advanced set of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

– Test and validate platform features, providing actionable feedback to ensure they meet real analyst needs.

– Serve as the platform’s spokesperson on social media and other channels, creating educational content and demonstrating how the platform can be used for various sell side analyst tasks.

– Develop and share best practices for achieving full automation of repetitive analyst workflows.

– Gather and communicate user feedback to continuously improve platform usability and effectiveness.

– Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to sell side research and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Strong interest in pursuing a sell-side equity research career.

• Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies.

• Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling), and familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar data platforms is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
