We’re hiring a STEM Educational Content Creator on behalf of a fast-growing, venture-backed EdTech company based in London. With over 80,000 monthly active learners already using the platform, this is a rare opportunity to join a team shaping the world’s most effective personalised AI tutor — and making a real impact.

We’re not looking for prior publishing or edtech experience. Instead, we’re looking for high-potential individuals who are curious, academically strong, and excited to grow into the role. Think: an exceptional teacher or graduate with deep subject knowledge, strong writing skills, and a pedagogical mindset — someone who can help students truly understand .

What You’ll Do

As a STEM Content Creator, you’ll be supported by a team of educators, product designers, and AI engineers to:

  • Design and write curriculum-aligned content for GCSE, A-Level, IB, IGCSE, and International A-Level
  • Create question banks, worked examples, clear explanations, and scaffolded learning resources
  • Review and improve existing materials for clarity, rigour, and effectiveness
  • Learn to optimise your content for AI-powered , adaptive learning systems
  • Work closely with the wider team to bring evidence-based teaching strategies into a digital format

What Success Looks Like

By Month 3 : You’ll be reviewing and refining content confidently and contributing to team discussions on pedagogy and approach
By Month 6 : You’ll be creating new, high-quality content independently and integrating AI tools into your workflow
By Month 9 : You’ll begin mentoring others and helping to drive strategy, peer review, and innovation within the team

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Academically outstanding — a first-class degree (or 2:1/equivalent) in a STEM subject such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science
  • Strong at A-Level (or international equivalent) in STEM subjects
  • An excellent writer and communicator, with an eye for clarity and detail
  • Curious, coachable, and deeply motivated to improve student outcomes
  • Mission-driven — passionate about educational equity and innovation
  • Excited by technology, even if you don’t come from a tech background
  • Ideally a PGCE or teacher training qualification
  • Experience tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students
  • Familiarity with international curricula (e.g. IB, IGCSE, International A-Level, AP)
