We are seeking diverse and passionate individuals to join our Talent Pool for KYC (Know Your Customer) Customer Service roles.
As part of the KYC Customer Service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough KYC verifications in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Review and validate customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with customers to obtain necessary information and resolve KYC-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance and risk departments, to support fraud prevention efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and KYC reviews with confidentiality.
- Continuously update knowledge on KYC regulations and industry best practices.
- Report any suspicious activities or potential compliance issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with KYC processes, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team environment.
- Commitment to upholding data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, or compliance roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is desirable.

- Review customer documents and verify identification details.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to gather necessary information.
- Liaise with colleagues to clarify KYC requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Update KYC records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions focused on compliance updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to foster a positive and efficient working environment.

Core hours
37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday between 9am - 5.30pm.
