The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As a Pension Administrator you will be responsible for completing calculations, writing detailed communications, reviewing complications and finding solutions, administering scheme updates and completing reconciliation activity.
What you’ll be doing as a Pension Administrator:
- Interrogating existing records and systems in order to complete calculations to demonstrate pension benefits.
- Preparing written communication regarding calculations and statements to inform members of the options available.
- Case management and workflow prioritisation to meet deadlines and avoid breaches.
- Supporting other areas of the business to answer queries around the calculations/communication.
- Ensuring high standard of quality in the work that you do.
- Attending online meetings, clinics and training/quality sessions.
What we’d like to see from your application:
- Experience completing complex calculations.
- Pensions experience with public sector schemes.
- Ability to manage and organise a pipeline of work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication with written correspondence.

- Knowledge of pensions advantageous.
Location: Remote
The rate on offer: Competitive rate per day via Umbrella.
Hours: 37.5 hr week. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
