As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers with queries regarding the motor finance compensation scheme. You will work to provide clear updates and information regarding the status of their complaint, pass on relevant information and evidence to the complaint agent handling the case and maintain clear and concise call notes. You will also make outbound calls to support case progression and to validate details.
What youβll be doing:
- Managing inbound and outbound call activity to customers.
- Providing clear and informative responses to customers.
- Maintaining high customer experience standards.
- Creating clear and concise call notes ensuring all details are captured and the customer is satisfied.
- Escalating customer queries where appropriate.
- Seeing all customer interactions through to resolution.
