This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for regulatory excellence and sustainability.

Role responsibilities and requirements:

  • Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain regulatory credentials
  • Oversee accurate, on-time submission of compliance documentation for all energy efficiency measures
  • Provide regular compliance reporting and updates to the Head of Sustainability
  • Work closely with regional and delivery teams to support compliance across contractual obligations
  • Offer expert guidance to operational teams regarding energy efficiency scheme standards
  • Liaise with supply chain partners to promote consistent and compliant delivery
  • Champion high standards in data integrity and documentation accuracy to mitigate compliance risks
  • Maintain and enhance the PAS2030/MCS supplier and installer database
  • Stay updated on industry developments, standards, and best practices
  • Assist in resource planning to meet evolving compliance needs across the business
  • Carry out other relevant duties as directed by senior leadership

Key skills and qualities needed:

  • Deep knowledge of PAS2030, PAS2035, and MCS standards
  • Prior experience managing compliance in a regulated or energy-efficiency setting
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new systems and platforms
  • A strong understanding of the commercial impact of non-compliance
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven, deadline-oriented mindset
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Confident communicator with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Up-to-date Health & Safety certifications or training
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites

This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven team committed to delivering energy-efficient solutions in line with the latest industry standards.
