What You'll Do
- Complete the six month EQ Academy curriculum: smart tooling and automation, Linked In and personal brand, market intelligence, sales and BD, recruitment craft, CRM and technology.
- Run live projects from week one, supporting growing brands across the US and UK.
- Own daily activity targets: outreach, market mapping, candidate calls, client research.
- Sit inside a brand pod, coached by a Senior or Principal consultant and a group founder.
- Build a personal brand on Linked In under group guidance.
- Present monthly progress reviews to the founder team.
