As a Team Leader at The Rowans you will be placed at the heart of the home, working with residents to support their daily lives and well-being. You will lead the care team, champion quality care, and foster positive relationships with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the care team at all times to ensure safe, effective, and well-led care provision.
  • Support residents to achieve outcomes through an enabling and supportive approach.
  • Represent The Rowans brand by maintaining a professional and welcoming presence for all team members, residents, and visitors.
  • Attend and actively contribute to team meetings.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Home Manager to support overall functioning of the home.

Skills, Qualifications and Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold NVQ Level 3 in Health.
  • Able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Collaborative teamwork while being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
