Regional Administration Manager

Β£40,000 per annum

40 hours per week

Location: Around Oxford and up to The Midlands

Role Overview

As the Regional Administration Manager, you will provide practical administrative oversight and support across our care home portfolio. Visiting our care homes and working closely with Home Administrators and Home Managers to ensure our administrative processes are consistent, effective and compliant. This may include providing cover where required, and this role will cover a vast range of duties and involvement with many areas of the business functions.

You'll be comfortable walking into a home, understanding what support is needed and getting stuck in. You will be approachable, organised and confident. You will also work alongside our Support and Senior Leadership Teams, providing reports, coordinating meetings, tracking actions and supporting a wide range of operational activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee administrative systems, databases and records, ensuring information is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for the Senior Leadership Team and Board.
  • Identify outstanding actions and work with Home Administrators to ensure these are completed.
  • Complete administrative audits across our homes and coordinate action plans.
  • Support recruitment activity across the homes, ensuring recruitment processes are followed and candidates move efficiently from onboarding through to starting.
  • Support training and induction requirements across the organisation.
  • Provide administrative support to Finance, including invoices, payroll and debt-related tasks.

Skills, Qualifications and Abilities

  • Proven experience in an administration or office management role across multiple locations.
  • Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
  • Experience of producing and interpreting reports, statistics /data, taking accurate meeting minutes and tracking actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The confidence to build positive relationships with people at all levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience within Health & Social Care.
  • You should be educated to A-Level standard or have a relevant administration/business administration qualification, or equivalent experience.
