As a Homemaker, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for People.
You will be responsible for both domestic and laundry duties, ensuring that each household is kept to a high standard and that residents' clothing and personal items are cared for with respect and attention.
This role is essential in helping residents feel comfortable, dignified and truly at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the household
- Carry out daily cleaning duties in bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
- Wash, dry, iron and return residents' clothing to the correct rooms
- Ensure all clothing and personal items are clearly labelled and not misplaced
- Organise and manage laundry processes efficiently
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Work closely with the wider team to support residents' needs
