We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and caring individual to join our team as the Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator (Customer Experience Lead). This role is all about enriching the lives of the people who live here through meaningful engagement and fostering a strong sense of community both inside and outside The Oaks.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Enrichment & Engagement: Plan and organise social events, birthday celebrations, and fundraising activities that bring joy and fulfilment to our residents.
- Community Integration: Foster connections with local schools, churches, and other community organisations to enhance experiences.
- Outdoor Activities: Encourage participation in outdoor activities, including gardening and community outings, using our branded black cab.
- Family-Like Atmosphere: Uphold our ‘Ohana’ ethos by ensuring every person feels secure, loved, and part of our extended family.
Skills, Qualifications and Abilities
