We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic and caring Activities & Wellbeing Co-ordinator (Customer Experience Lead) to join our team at The Maples— a Good-rated CQC care home where we’re passionate about creating exceptional experiences for the people who live with us.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Planning meaningful activities, entertainment, celebrations and events.
  • Creating experiences around residents’ interests, hobbies and life stories.
  • Organising outings, gardening and community activities.
  • Building relationships with local schools, community groups and organisations.
  • Working with families to create a strong sense of belonging.
  • Bringing our ‘Ohana’ ethos to life — making everyone feel valued and included all day, every day.
