EQ Care Group’s Willow Lodge in Redhill is hiring Universal Care Companions for night shifts (8pm–8am). You will support residents with daily living tasks, meals, personal care and activities within a small household of around 12 residents in a newly built 78-bed home opening Autumn 2026.
You will receive full training including medication administration, to help create a warm, safe and homely environment. This is more than a job—it's a caring role within a heart-centered team.
