Are you an NHS nurse who finds there is no time to really know the people you support? Are you a Care Home Nurse who finds themselves completing long medication rounds with trollies and not getting the opportunity to utilise your nursing ability?
Do you want a different kind of nursing role? If you are a community or district nurse looking for a more consistent, relationship-focused way of working, this is an opportunity to bring your skills into a setting designed around continuity of care and meaningful connections.
