The Maples opened in May 2023; a 70 bed nursing and dementia specialist care home in the heart of Telford, managed by EQ Care Group.
You will be a Qualified Registered Nurse at The Maples, placed at the heart of the home and leading by example to support your team with compassionate, person-centred care.
You will be responsible for ordering and administering medication, liaising with GPs and multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring high standards of care for residents.
