EQ Care Group at Willow Lodge in Redhill is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts 8pm–8am, serving households in a community/district style model. This role focuses on continuity of care, relationship-led practice and delivering heart-centred nursing within a 78-bed care home environment.

You'll work with a consistent team to assess, plan and implement care for residents, including those with dementia and complex needs, and maintain high clinical standards while coordinating with families.
