Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of UK corporate tax clients including groups and complex cases
- Provide commercially focused tax advice from restructuring to R&D reliefs, share schemes and more
- Take a lead on managing deadlines, tax risk, compliance and internal workflows
- Coach and support more junior team members, helping them grow in confidence and capability
- Collaborate with EQ Partners to shape tax strategies, identify planning opportunities and add real value to our clients
- Help build lasting client relationships based on trust, expertise and consistent delivery
Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent)
- Have UK corporate tax experience, ideally within a Top 10 professional services firm
- Strong understanding of UK corporation tax legislation
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and team supervision
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Exposure to some international tax/transfer pricing is desirable
- Experience with CCH Corporate is desirable
