Corpay is currently hiring a Customer Support Advisor on a permanent basis within the UK Product Support division. This role is based in the Meriden office and reports directly to the Head of Product Support.

How We Work

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be expected to work from our Meriden office. Corpay will support you with assigned workspace, company‑issued equipment, formal training and ongoing support.

Role Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to emails from service centre users and drivers.
  • Handle first‑line queries from the 1link network of service centres.
  • Process the work booking workflow for clients, including scheduling workshop appointments and bookings through the 1link platform.
  • Manage cancellations, rescheduling and modifications to bookings, ensuring customers are informed of changes and alternative arrangements.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Guide users through key product journeys and provide assistance as necessary.
  • Assist with account‑related financial queries and process actions required.
  • Understand the full product range and communicate key benefits to customers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous customer service or call‑centre experience.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Excellent telephone manner and clear verbal/written communication.
  • Strong listening skills to understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Analytical and critical‑thinking skills for efficient issue resolution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
