About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our Payroll Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data and has a keen eye for accuracy.
You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, inputting payroll-related data, and providing administrative support across various payroll and fleet administration activities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, develop, and build a career within payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain payroll-related data and figures.
- Record and monitor employee absences, ensuring information is accurate and matches payroll records.
- Manage and organise payroll email inboxes, responding to queries and directing communications appropriately.
- File and maintain electronic documents using Microsoft Office applications.
- Support fleet administration activities, including organising and managing fuel cards.
- Ensure payroll records and administration processes are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the Payroll Team.
- Communicate professionally with employees and stakeholders via telephone and email.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with numerical data.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
