The role of a General Operative is to produce Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) building products at our site in Scunthorpe. This is a hands-on role involves physical work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining high health and safety standards. Key Accountabilities
- Maintain health and safety awareness, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Work efficiently to meet manufacturing targets.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Keep the work environment clean, safe, and orderly.

- Experience in GRP manufacturing or general manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in operating machinery.
