In this role you will be responsible for managing deliveries, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service.,



  • Manage the daily delivery and dispatch process, ensuring correct routing.

  • Complete weekly vehicle checks to maintain fleet compliance.

  • Identify, pick, load, and deliver products professionally and on time.

  • Serve and manage customer inquiries efficiently.

  • Unload, check, pick, and load deliveries accurately.

  • Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.

  • Perform warehouse and driving duties, including heavy lifting as required.

  • Good local knowledge and familiarity with the road system.

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).

  • PC literate, able to manage documentation and processes.

  • Ability to listen and follow instructions effectively.

  • Ideally, some knowledge of the construction industry.

  • Experience working within a close team environment.
