Job Purpose

To support the company’s growth and expanding customer base by performing high-quality decking installations. You will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring installations are completed accurately, safely, and to company standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Execute precise measuring, cutting, and installation based on site surveys and plans.
• Work closely with a team leader or lead a team in all aspects of decking installations.
• Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Complete job check sheets and installation surveys clearly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, removing waste responsibly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, and internal teams.
• Travel to various job sites, with overnight stays as required.
• Report delays or issues to the Production Manager or park staff.
• Return unused materials and recycle responsibly.

Role Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Preferable experience in decking installation, carpentry, or joinery (training available).
• Ability to read and interpret site surveys and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cutting and fitting materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
