Join Our Specialist Building Distribution Team
We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Fenestration Co-ordinator to join our Specialist Building Distribution division based in Accrington.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration, coordination, and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of fenestration projects, ensuring customer requirements are met and orders are processed accurately from quotation through to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating fenestration orders and projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Producing quotations and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitoring order status and proactively communicating updates to customers.
- Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Resolving customer queries and providing exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
- Supporting the wider sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a coordination, administration, customer service, or sales support role.
- Experience within the construction, building products, fenestration, or distribution sectors would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn.
