In this role you will be responsible for managing deliveries, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the daily delivery and dispatch process, ensuring correct routing.
- Complete weekly vehicle checks to maintain fleet compliance.
- Identify, pick, load, and deliver products professionally and on time.
- Serve and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
- Unload, check, pick, and load deliveries accurately.
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
- Perform warehouse and driving duties, including heavy lifting as required.
Role Requirements
- Good local knowledge and familiarity with the road system.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- PC literate, able to manage documentation and processes.
- Ability to listen and follow instructions effectively.
- Ideally, some knowledge of the construction industry.
- Experience working within a close team environment.
