EPUT is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant with community experience to support patients in their own homes within the Leigh on Sea area. You will join a district nursing team led by a Band 6 District Nurse and provide clinical care to prevent hospital admissions while collaborating with community colleagues.
Various shifts 8am-9pm Mon-Sun; opportunities to progress to Nursing Associate or Associate Practitioner courses are available. DBS and sponsorship considerations apply per policy.
