Eyzon are delighted to be partnering with EPUKI to appoint their new Head of Reward. EPUKI is the UK division of (EPH), a leading European energy group. Established in 2015, EPUKI owns, operates, and develops a diverse portfolio of gas, biomass, and flexible electricity generation assets across the UK and Ireland, playing a key role in supporting the transition to a low-carbon energy future.

This role is based in their modern Leeds office at Thorpe Park and offers a hybrid working model while supporting reward strategy across the UK and Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape the total reward strategy in a growing organisation of over 550 employees.

You’ll oversee pay structures, benefits, and incentives, ensuring competitive and consistent frameworks that support attraction, retention, and engagement. Reporting to the HR Director you’ll partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Generation, ExCo, and RemCo, delivering both strategic direction and hands-on execution.

You’ll also have the chance to modernise reward processes, enhance analytics, and support business growth.
