This role serves as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to enterprise prospects throughout the sales cycle, engaging deeply with customers to understand their business objectives and delivering tailored demonstrations aligned with measurable business outcomes. In addition to live demonstrations, responsibilities include discovery, technical validation, RFP responses, proof‑of‑concept management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape deal strategy. This position is based in London with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and involves up to ~25% travel for customer meetings, workshops, or events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise discovery, running in‑depth conversations that uncover true business problems and clarify goals and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling, outcome‑focused demonstrations that connect technical capabilities to prospect business goals and KPIs.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders across the prospect's organization, from end‑users to C‑level executives.
  • Serve as the prospect’s trusted technical advisor, addressing objections around architecture, integration, security, and compliance.
  • Design fit‑for‑purpose solutions, translating requirements into configurations or architectures and, where possible, quantifying business impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales to influence decision criteria, shape deal strategy, and solve deal‑level challenges.
  • Lead proof‑of‑value engagements, configuring trial environments and measuring outcomes against agreed success criteria.
  • Leverage AI and modern presales tools to streamline research, draft RFP responses, and automate post‑call summaries.
  • Advocate for prospect priorities in product roadmap discussions and collaborate with Customer Success for a smooth post‑sale handoff.
  • Participate in deal review meetings, articulating recommendations and technical insights.
  • Serve as a thought leader across industries on workplace transformation, asset management, and technology trends.

About You

  • Experience in SaaS pre‑sales or solution engineering, supporting enterprise‑level deals.
  • Strong technical acumen in solution architecture, APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and security & compliance.
  • Excellent conversational discovery skills and ability to uncover underlying business drivers.
  • Storytelling and outcome‑selling capability with relevant use cases.
  • AI‑capable workflow, using generative AI and modern tools to enhance presales productivity.
  • Proactive, self‑starting mindset with ownership of problems end‑to‑end.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
  • Organizational discipline to manage multiple concurrent deals and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to ~25% for client meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Proficiency in European languages beyond English is a plus (French or German).
