Job Description
We are seeking a highly energetic, hunter‑mindful Account Executive to drive growth across our existing EMEA customer base.
This is not a passive account‑management role; you will create demand, uncover whitespace, challenge customers’ thinking, and turn existing relationships into meaningful revenue growth.
In this role you’ll expand our current book of business through upsell, cross‑sell, growth, and platform expansion.
You’ll work with customers who may be using point solutions today and help them see the broader value of Eptura’s connected platform.
Success requires selling strategically, building executive trust, creating urgency, and consistently over‑achieving in a tough, competitive sales environment.
This is a strong opportunity for a driven Saa S seller who thrives on ownership, can navigate complex accounts, and is motivated to grow revenue while helping customers solve real business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined portfolio of EMEA customer accounts, focusing on revenue expansion, upsell, cross‑sell, and platform adoption.
- Identify whitespace across existing accounts and proactively create opportunities to expand Eptura’s footprint.
- Sell the value of Eptura’s broader platform to customers currently using individual point solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that map customer priorities to measurable business outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with executives, senior decision‑makers, influencers, and key stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Lead value‑based, consultative sales conversations that uncover pain, create urgency, and position Eptura as a strategic partner.
- Drive commercial growth in a challenging sales environment by bringing creativity, persistence, and discipline to every account.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Solutions, and other internal teams to align customer needs with the right solutions and services.
- Conduct business reviews that go beyond relationship management—using them to identify expansion opportunities, mitigate risk, and reinforce value.
- Negotiate and close expansion opportunities while protecting revenue and maximizing long‑term customer value.
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, CRM accuracy, forecasting discipline, and visibility into account activity.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer priorities, competitor activity, product updates, pricing, and contract terms to strengthen your selling approach.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets, quota expectations, and account growth goals.
About You
You are a commercially driven sales professional who does not wait for opportunities to come; you create them.
You know how to work within an existing customer base while bringing a hunter’s mindset, uncovering new stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and expanding value.
You are motivated by winning, yet understand that sustainable growth comes from solving meaningful business problems for customers.
You are confident engaging senior leaders, skilled at running complex sales cycles, and comfortable selling in an environment where success requires resilience, creativity, and strong execution.
Qualifications
- Proven success in a B2B Saa S sales role, ideally selling into mid‑market and/or enterprise customers.
- Strong track record of exceeding quota through expansion, upsell, cross‑sell, renewals, or new business sales.
- Experience growing revenue within existing customer accounts while identifying new buying centers and expansion opportunities.
- Ability to sell platform value and move customers from point‑solution thinking to a broader strategic vision.
- Strong consultative and value‑based selling skills, connecting customer challenges to measurable business outcomes.
- Executive presence and confidence engaging VP, C‑level, and senior stakeholder audiences.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and closing skills, with experience navigating pricing, procurement, and complex buying processes.
- Competitive, resilient, and self‑motivated, driving over‑achievement in a demanding sales environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, commitment to data accuracy and disciplined sales execution.
Benefits
- 25 Days Holiday
- Contributory Pension
- Life Insurance (DIS)
- Eye care vouchers
- Flexible working
