About Epta

Join Epta as a Refrigeration PPM Engineer and play a key role in driving our commercial refrigeration success. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working within a passionate team that values your ideas and supports your growth every step of the way. This role is in Dartford and surrounding areas.

This is field based, 42.5 hours per week.

Your Contribution

In this role, you'll engage in a variety of activities involving pre-planned maintenance on refrigeration equipment. You will be liaising with store managers and ensuring all PPMs are carried out to the correct specification. Be responsible for a van, tools and equipment. You must log on to all systems required for that site and supply a full site audit on every site. Working under and helping your line manager to ensure the smooth running of our operation is also key. You must be able to maintain effective working relationships with each customer.

  • To carry out PPM within store and ensure all contractual aspects are completed.
  • Offer training and technical support within the PPM department when called upon.
  • Computer literate as you will be required to document all works carried out via appropriate apps and be using emails daily.
  • Often working individually, but also working alongside various team members when required.

Your journey

You have a customer-focused mindset with good communication abilities.

  • Experience in the same or a similar role is desirable.
  • Full driving licence (mandatory).
  • FGAS Cat 4.
  • Basic Electrical Training.
