About Epta
Join the Epta Ringwood Aftersales Team as a Contract Support member and play a key role in supporting Ringwood Aftersales as a team. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment working alongside like-minded colleagues in a team that value ideas and supports others.
This exciting Temporary 12 month role is based in our Ringwood office and offers hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) upon completion of training period. Weekly hours are 37.5 which are flexible between 07:00 & 17:30.
Your Contribution (Job description)
In this role you will liase with the Budapest Service Desk, Engineers, Regional and Account Managers to help provide a high level of service to our customers.
Responsibilities
To provide support to our customers and supporting Account Managers
Updating of both internal & customers system with ETA’s of attendance and return visits.
Updating of trackers and live excel spreadsheets
To provide daily reports on customer job status’ for internal and external distribution
To efficiently deal with customer and contractor queries
To support the service desk where required
Your Journey (qualifications & skills)
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, adaptability, and a passion for customer service and quality management. Good time management and communication abilities are required. Additionally, you should bring:
Good organisational skills
High level of IT skills in MS Office
Good understanding of SAP knowledge
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience of data inputting
Ability to work under pressure
