We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Supervisor to join the Epta UK Contracting team. Reporting to the Installation & Technical Manager and working closely with our Project Managers, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of client projects to the highest standard.

This is a permanent, home-based role offering 42 hours of flexible working per week, with occasional travel to our Ringwood or Bradford office as required. As a Project Supervisor, you’ll benefit from the autonomy to manage your schedule while assisting Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with client expectations. Flexibility is essential, as some evening or weekend work may be required.

The role offers a basic salary of £48,672, along with relevant overtime for out-of-hours work. A solid knowledge of commercial refrigeration installation and project delivery is essential for this position.

Your Contribution

  • Support the delivery of projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are carried out to the highest standards, safely and efficiently.
  • Work under the guidance of the Installation Manager and in collaboration with Project Managers, coordinating with internal teams and nominated subcontractors to help achieve successful project outcomes.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Site Preparation & Surveys: Conduct intrusive and PESR surveys, arrange site setup, and handle RAMS inductions and ongoing H&S monitoring.
  • Material & Equipment Management: Order first-fix materials and coordinate delivery, site logistics, and equipment installations.
  • Installation Oversight: Supervise on-site works, ensuring installations meet specification, schedule, and quality standards—addressing snags and actions as needed.
  • Client & Team Liaison: Act as a site contact on behalf of the Project Manager, attending meetings, managing small works, and supporting aftersales handovers.
  • Flexible Support: Provide hands-on installation support, attend weekend or out-of-hours works, and assist the wider contracts team when required.

  • Skilled in on-site supervision and monitoring to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Competent IT user, with proficiency in Word, Excel, iAuditor, and Microsoft Project.
