Your Contribution (Job description)
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer. This role is crucial to the procurement team, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw and finished materials to meet production and quality standards.
- You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, resolving stock shortages, and developing strong supplier relationships.

Your Journey (qualifications & skills)
- Resolve stock shortages promptly to support uninterrupted production, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, enhancing our supply chain reliability and fostering long-term partnerships that align with our growth strategy.
- This includes regular communication, performance reviews, and collaboration on improvement initiatives.
- Generate and expedite purchase orders to meet MRP and forward demands, ensuring alignment with business needs and minimizing delays in production.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience of SAP, Coupa and Ecovadis platforms preferred.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
