Join Epta as a Case Cleaner and play a key role in driving our commercial refrigeration success. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working alongside a passionate team that values your ideas and supports your growth every step of the way.
This exciting permanent role is field based 42.5 hours per week, working 5 shifts Sunday – Thursday. This will be Bristol based. This is a night shift role, working hours will be dictated by store closing times.
Your Contribution:
- Engage in a variety of activities, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the effective operation of a case clean.
- Work alongside your Lead Case Cleaner to ensure the smooth running of our operation.
- Maintain effective working relationships with each customer.
- Work alongside various team members when required.
- Be computer literate as you will be required to document all working times via appropriate apps and also be using emails when called upon.
- Offer support within the case clean department where needed.
- Be versatile and prepared to work unsociable hours.
Your Journey:
- You have a customer-focused mindset with good communication abilities.
- Experience in the same or a similar role is desirable.
- Full driving license is desirable.
- FGAS Cat 4 is desirable.
- Basic Electrical Training is desirable.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level.
