The Regional IT Digital Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting workflow systems as well as driving the adoption and implementation of innovative digital technologies across the region. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and IT strategies, delivering scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage regional projects, and provide technical expertise to support digital platforms and tools.
Key Accountabilities
- Workflow System Support and Maintenance: Design, develop and maintain apps and workflows in Outsystems. Support integration of Outsystems with other systems.
- Digital Solutions Implementation: Design, deploy, and maintain digital solutions that meet regional business needs. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
- Web Development & Application Support: Develop and maintain web-based applications using technologies such as .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python. Support API integrations and ensure secure, scalable architecture.
- Project Management: Lead regional IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global standards. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, global IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements and deliver solutions. Act as a regional point of contact for digital initiatives and support.
- Innovation & Optimization: Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Support & Training: Provide technical support for digital tools and platforms. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of solutions.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all solutions adhere to cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards.
Key Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of web development frameworks (.NET, C#, ASP.NET) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), ERP systems, and automation technologies.
- Understanding of database management (SQL Server, Oracle).
- At least 3 years experience in Outsystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to actively research and propose solutions.
- 5+ years in IT roles with a focus on workflow, digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management.
- Regional or multi-country experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud/web development certifications.
