- Staff Management and leading effective teams

- Good understanding of the clinical workflow, systems and information within the system links to the use within clinical care
- Strong Excel, other MS applications and SQL skills (to be able to write CCL)

- Ability to think strategically whilst leading a team to deliver results across several complex projects with numerous interdependencies.

- Experience of managing teams and matrix-based resource allocations.
