A Specialist Adult Speech & Language Therapist is required for the Community Neuro & Adult SLT service in Sutton Health & Care, South West London. The role involves working as part of a Community MDT to support patients with acquired communication and swallowing difficulties.
Main duties include:
- Providing rehabilitation and intervention to maximise patient potential.
- Working holistically towards patient-led goals.
- Conducting assessments and interventions for adults with neurological conditions.
- Utilising evidence-based practice and collaborating with rehabilitation assistants.
- Travelling to patients' homes, care homes, and clinics.
