We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food safety, with experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our standards for taste and presentation. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in the planning and development of new menu items, contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or similar culinary setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
  • Must have level 1 and Level 2.
