The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and friendly individual to join our team at the Community and Wellbeing Centre, Epsom. You will lead on being creative with activities in our Centre along with supporting our members' wellbeing. The focus of this role is to support and understand members' needs, whilst planning and building on the activities at the Centre, supporting the Centre Coordinators.
The ideal candidate will need to understand the needs relating to older people and have a background in a care environment. You will need to be organised, able to work independently and manage your time well to ensure you are able to meet the needs of the members. You will need to have excellent verbal communication and people skills, with a drive, passion, and a flair for being creative.
You will be expected to deliver a person-centred approach to our members which includes delivering activities and supporting members' wellbeing. You will be core to the daily delivery of our services to our members.
